[REDACTED] Business self install kit

I decided to upgrade my home internet to “business” internet because of many reasons that deserve their own post.  I am providing my own cable modem so I was kind of curious what the “self install kit” entails.  Well I’m curious no more.

What am I supposed to do with that coax for ants? Where exactly am I supposed to plug that in? I guess between the cable modem and the wall jack? I bought my own modem so why would I need a little stubby coax UPSed to me? I’m lost over here.
