The Reflow Toaster

I did not design this from scratch, but I did take it to completion therefore I’m considering it a complete project.

Presented for your consideration is a Whizoo Controleo3 based reflow toaster based on the venerable Black+Decker TO1303SB. The kit from Whizoo was very complete, including the band-aid for the inevitable cuts one incurs while wrestling with stamped sheet metal.

Overall I’m very happy with the result.  Sure beats reflowing components with a rework station.
